摘要
This study examines the relationships the transformational leadership, psychological empowerment and organizational citizenship behavior. Survey data were collected from 233 blue-collar workers employed in two different departments of a manufacturing organization. First of all transformational leadership, psychological empowerment and organizational citizenship behavior were defined during the study. Then, correlation and regression analyses were made in the light of the research methodology. The analysis techniques used in the study indicated that all dimensions of transformational leadership have different impacts on the dimensions of psychological empowerment. Moreover, it was established that charisma/idealized influence and inspirational motivation dimensions of transformational leadership have a direct effect on all dimensions of organizational citizenship behavior. The results of the analyses also confirmed that individualized consideration or individualized attention has an impact on identification with the organization. Besides, the meaning dimension and competence dimension of psychological empowerment were found to have a significant effect on all dimensions of organizational citizenship behavior except for protecting company resources. At the same time, influence, another dimension of psychological empowerment, was proved to be ysignificantly linked to both interpersonal harmony and the protection of company resources.
