摘要：

This article is proposed from the transformation and upgrading of local industrial clusters of design of applicable talents literacy demand perspective, our local college design education in educational philosophy, training objectives, personnel positioning and professional positioning, there is some deviation from the building design education love to do) - Schema (will do) - boot (done) - practice (do), making contribution to the transformation and upgrading of the regional industrial clusters for the local college design education.
