摘要
The article describes design solutions for increasing the reliability of radio equipment. The authors suggest the introduction of non-linear element into the inter-board connection of the PCB package as a damping device. In this case the forced oscillations of PCBs are absorbed by the damping device of the central connecting element due to the fact that some part of energy, emitted by a more active board oscillating with the greater amplitude, will be absorbed by a board oscillating with the smaller amplitude at the same time, which, in the final run, prevents the possibility of oscillations of any of the boards at the near-resonance frequency and increases the reliability of radio equipment in the conditions of dynamic vibration stress. The authors suggest the introduction of a non-linear element in the inter-board connection in the form of guiding rollers, making the connectors floating on the surface of electronic unit, fixing the PCB package to connectors with strips with elastic gaskets that decrease the mechanical stress of electronic components.
