摘要
This paper presents numerical simulation of the dynamical behaviour of an electromagnetic brake using a coupled magneto-mechanical model. We consider a two-dimensional model based on Maxwell's equations for the magnetic system and the motion equations for the rotating conducting disks of the mechanical part. The finite element method and finite differences method develop the numerical models of the coupled problem.
