摘要：
Direct on-line coupling between capillary electrophoresis and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (CE-NMR) is one of the most powerful and novel techniques for simultaneous separation and structural elucidation of biomacromolecules. Re cent advances and the most crucial technique of measuring samples on nanoliter scale in CE-NMR are described in detail.
