摘要
(Figure Presented) Self-propelled droplet: During electrodeposition of Sn, droplets on electrode surfaces show self-propelled motions driven by the imbalance of the interfacial free energy between the front and the rear sides of the droplet (see graphic). This also occurs for other metal-solvent combinations, depending on the properties of the solution/metal interface. © 2008 Wiley-VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. KGaA.
