摘要
This research analyzes the implications of the fourth industrial revolution on international security. It considers the impacts of the technologies as a whole drawing on the multidimensional perspective of security, the expansive perspective of security and the disruptive innovation framework. We found that new technologies increase current capabilities and create new ones for traditional and nontraditional actors. Therefore, international security expands horizontally by deepening the threat of the digital sphere in the security dimensions, and vertically by transforming the capabilities of international system actors.
