摘要：

It is an inevitable trend to develop multimedia course teaching. It has advantages other teaching methods can not replace. However, in the actual teaching process, multimedia teaching did not achieve the desired results. By analyzing some problems arising in the course multimedia teaching of the principles of management, it proposed some countermeasures to improve the effectiveness of multimedia teaching.
