摘要
We report a facile approach to prepare poly(N-isopropylacrylamide) (PNIPAM) modified Fe3O4@Au nanoparticles. PNIPAM was synthesized through reversible addition-fragmentation chain transfer (RAFT) polymerization and modified on the surface of Fe3O4@Au nanoparticles by reducing trithiocarbonate to thiol. These PNIPAM modified nanoparticles exhibited a lower critical solution temperature (LCST) around 37 degrees C, and responsiveness to both magnetic field and temperature. (C) 2016 Elsevier B.V.
