摘要
The fundamental objective of this work focuses on the benefits that are promoted through the application of axiological aspects within the teaching-learning process in the initial stage. The crisis of values in today's society and its social coexistence affects many countries and Ecuador is not the exception, that is why in education sets a new challenge of social responsibility. The methodology to be followed in this diagnosis was carried out through the relationship of the values, as well as promoting and disseminating gender equity, were carried out by means of the investigation of a study group selected intentionally. The study was conducted with parents and legal representatives in the initial education centers, were taken at random from zone-8 and 5 (Guayaquil, Santa Elena). In this regard, the instrumental system designed allowed to apply interviews to teachers and surveys to parents and / or legal representatives. The results allow us to visualize the main advantages that exist when involving human, moral and ethical values, thus facilitating the teaching-learning process through the comprehension, attention and assimilation of the class. It is demonstrated by the application these aspects, to know exactly the progress of the infants.
