摘要
This research presents the analysis of credit card usage data using process mining techniques to determine the customer journey by using real data from a credit card company in Thailand. There are three steps in this research method: 1. Data preparation. 2. Data import 3. Analyze the data by using the Fuzzy Miner Algorithm of the Disco program. The results of a three-month study that used data on 191 customers' credit card usage revealed the path to purchase in terms of Customer behavior, duration, frequency of card usage as well as the relationship between transactions, for example when a customer uses a service at store A and goes shopping B, are all displayed in Disco format. The fuzzy Miner Algorithm makes the data easy to read for both staff level as well as executives. It is beneficial to the organization in terms of Marketing to generate income for the organizations enabling them to compete in a highly competitive market. Fraud transactions also can be promptly stopped via fraud detection, without incurring costs to the company, reducing unnecessary costs.
