摘要：

Aiming at the problem that it's hard to achieve a satisfactory result using traditional methods for large time-delay systems, human simulation intelligent control method is applied in this kind of systems, a new time-delay control methed is provided, and controller structure and control algorithm are given. Simulation results show the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.
