摘要
Effects of pressure and photo-excitation on the mixed-valence (MV) to single-valence (SV) phase transition in Cs2Au2Br6 have been investigated by means of high-pressure Raman spectroscopy. Under pressures, we have found both the permanent (at 6.5 GPa) and transient (at 5.5 GPa) photo-induced phase transitions (PIPTs). The two types of PIPTs have been discussed in terms of the pressure-controlled free-energy potential. (C) 2000 Elsevier Science B.V. All nights reserved.
