Regional innovation communities' development in the context of new public management specific issues

摘要：
Besides from indisputable positive impact of the public financial support on regional research and innovation activities there are some negative aspects related to this kind of public support. These aspects occur particularly when the distribution of funds is implemented under monopolistic conditions from the side of money supply. The objective of the research action presented in this article was to evaluate possible negative aspects of such monopolistic distribution of funds in the field of innovation support in the Czech Republic.
