摘要
A method to access -thioaryl ketones and -thioaryl esters employing copper acetate (hydrate) as catalyst and readily accessible diaryl disulfides and -diketones (or -keto esters) has been developed. Both alkyl- and aryl-substituted carbonyl compounds can be prepared.
