摘要
International treaties related to human rights are identified because they affect the safeguarding of these rights, that is, their object and final purpose is the recognition and protection of human rights, since their regulation focuses on human dignity. A documentary comparative normative study is presented, which analyzes the most outstanding criteria related to international human rights treaties in two specific constitutional orders: Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador of 2008 and the Constitution of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela of 1999. It is concluded that the constitutional regulation on human rights is broader in the Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador due to the degree of specificity that it presents compared to the Constitution of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela. However, regarding the provision of international human rights treaties, the latter turns out to be more explicit and direct in its recognition and regulation.
