摘要
The combination of noble metal and transition metal oxide (TMO) can effectively expand their application in electrochemistry. However, rational design and convenient fabrication of the noble metal/TMO nanoarray is rarely reported. Here, Cu3Pt/Cu2O nanorod array was constructed on copper substrate by a convenient method and used as non-enzymatic glucose detector. In the nanorod, Moreover, the glycol ligand acted as a bridge for electron transfer from Cu2O at surface to Cu3Pt and the nanorod structure of Cu3Pt could serve as a highway for electron transfer, hence, when the Cu3Pt/Cu2O nanorod array was used as glucose detector, it delivered enhanced linear detection range (0.005-0.1 mM, 0.1-1.5 mM and 1.5-10 mM), high corresponding sensitivity (5082 mu A mM(-1) cm(-2) , 3331 mu A mM(-1) cm(-2) and 118 mu A mM(-1) cm(-2)), fast response time (< 6 s), low detection limit (1.759 mu M, S/N = 3) and high selectivity.
