Synthesis and Pb2+ Removal Property of Amino-Functionalized Mesoporous Silica Synthesized by an Anionic Surfactant Templating Route

摘要
Amino-functionalized mesoporous silica was synthesized by an anionic surfactant templating route using N-lauroylsarcosine sodium (Sar-Na) as template and 3-aminopropyltrimethoxy-silane (APMS) as co-structure-directing agent (CSDA). Thus obtained sample was used for sequestration of lead ions from aqueous solution. The resultant sample was characterized by FT-IR, N-2 adsorption-desorption, and TEM technics. The results show that the templating agent in the as-synthesized materials was efficiently removed by extraction of ethanol and ethanol amine, and mesoporous silica with pores distributed in a spherically symmetric mode was obtained. The results of lead ions removal show that a large amount of equilibrium adsorption capability is obtained under our experimental conditions, and that the resultant sample prepared in this study is a much highly regenerated adsorbent.
