摘要：

Like any other technology the success of a programming language is affected by factors including its ease of use, usefulness, and availability of support. This study is motivated by the research question: what factors affect the adoption of Java programming language? The study uses the Technology Acceptance Model to understand factors that affect adoption including perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and self-efficacy.
