Results: Findings showed that there is a significant relationship between psychological capital, job burnout and mental health; also, there is a significant negative relationship between psychological capital and job burnout, and a significant positive relationship between psychological capital and mental health. Conclusion: The results have several important practical implications for human resource management in Iranian public hospitals.
