摘要
Two cultivars of greenhouse cucumber 'Pacto F1' and 'Melen F1' were used in this experiment. Plants were grown on three different substrates (rock wool, perlite, wood fibre) in three cultivation terms: spring time (set 29.01.2007), summer time (set 16.05.2007) and autumn time (set 28.08.2007). In each cultivation cycle cucumber fruits were assessed by chemical analysis. The results showed that the highest differences in fruit sensory quality of cucumber were observed between harvest terms. There were no significant differences concerning fruit quality in relation to the cultivation substrates or cultivars.
