摘要
Wireless power transfer (WPT) have been proven to be very efficient for short-range and mid-range distances, but the transmission efficiency reduces rapidly when the distance of axial offset and lateral misalignment increases. In this paper, a circuit model is proposed and the key system metric S-21 is derived. This paper also presents an analytical model based on coupled magnetic resonance. To increase the lateral misalignment distance of power transfer, an array of transmitters system is designed and analyzed. The proposed WPT system is suitable for the applications of wirelessly charged vehicles on the road.
