摘要
Violuric acid (VIO) catalyzed electrochemical delignification (E-M) of different nonwood pulps and of poplar kraft pulps with different Kappa numbers were investigated in this paper, together with the following bleachability of the Em treated pulp. The results showed that the E-M-VIO system had good delignificotion efficiency and selectivity for poplar pulps with different Kappa numbers. It also had good delignification performance for different nonwood pulps. The E-M-VIO system could give higher than 30.0% of delignification ratio and lower than 10.0% of viscosity loss. The Em treated pulps could be bleached to 80%ISO with the subsequent QP or EQP sequences at 2.0% of H2O2 charge.
