摘要：
The paper examines forms and prevalence of social anxiety and social unassertiveness. New results and a developmental model of social anxiety are presented. Behavior therapy programs are of special importance in the prevention and treatment of social anxiety/social unassertiveness. The effectiveness of such approaches is discussed and advantages of cognitive-behavioral group treatment are illustrated.
