摘要
The lack of a precise and reliable definition of a concept has an impact on how well we can use it. The present study is an evolutionary concept analysis of psychological trauma. Review of all the 2015 publications from the main journals in the area. Our findings indicate that the concept is composed by the attributes death, serious injury, and sexual violence. The majority use is based on the American Psychological Association (APA) manuals, assessed through semistructured interviews and questionnaires. West European Countries and the United States produced almost every research, and this may create a cultural and sample bias.
