摘要：
The title compound, [Cd(C12H27O3SSi)(2)(C7H9N)], is a molecular heteroleptic cadmium thiolate containing an additional 3,5-dimethylpyridine ligand. The Cd-II ion is located at the centre of the trigonal bipyramid formed by five atoms, viz. two S, two O and one N. Molecules pack as discrete units, with no short intermolecular contacts.
