摘要
Distance learning began more than a century ago with correspondence education, and it took a long time to reach digital distance learning in connection with COVID-19, which has become commonplace in all areas of education. In my writing, I follow three lines without claiming completeness: the development of the needs for distance learning in different eras, the proliferation of opportunities provided by the development of technology and the change of learning perceptions and interpretations, which influenced the development of the new form of learning.
