摘要
Motile behaviour of Physarum polycephalum plasmodium was studied in the autonomous rejime and under stimulation by chemotacticaly active substances. The velocity and direction of movement, the speed and extent of spreading, the time taken for plasmodium to turn to migration as well as the rate of oxygen uptake and growth characteristics of plasmodial cultures were analyzed. The existence of interrelations between two types of motile behavior was elucidated.
