摘要
'COEUR' stands for 'Competence in European Entrepreneurship' and offers a platform for a variety of learning opportunities within the scope of Entrepreneurship Education ill the European Higher Education Area. COEUR learning opportunities are developed and implemented by a network of 6 European universities in Germany. Scotland. Portugal, Poland, France and the Czech Republic. Focusing on the phase before Business Planning - the initial. fuzzy phase of problem definition and creative idea development - COEUR consequently builds oil synergies of intercultural and multi-competence team work on the one hand and the importance of diverse input to Spur the process of idea generation and evaluation on the other hand. The presentation of the COEUR concept and its learning opportunities is meant to introduce an innovative instrument in the new venture creation process and a basic alternative to prevailing learning paradigms.
