摘要
Nowadays, piezoelectric speakers have been actively studied for the applications to smartphone, TV monitor, and car audio system. Accordingly, for developing the piezoelectric speaker composition ceramics, in this paper, (Na,K,Li)(Nb,Sb)O-3-(Bi,Na)ZrO(3)ceramics with Rhombohedral-Tetragonal (R-T) region were fabricated with iron oxide addition, and their piezoelectric characteristics were investigated. When iron oxide was added to the ceramics, d(33)and k(p)were decreased. However, Q(m)was increased. At the NKN-BNZ ceramics with 0.1 wt% iron oxide. The piezoelectric constant d(33), electromechanical coupling factor kp, and dielectric constant epsilon(r)were optimized as 263[pC/N], 0.450, 1978, respectively, for piezoelectric speaker application.
