摘要
In addition to adopting the advanced construction technology, the contractors should optimize the construction organization design. By studying the direction of construction waste, the transaction mode of mutual transaction between contractors is put forward, and the model of transferring construction waste by contractor is solved by numerical simulation method. Through statistical analysis, the contractors can reduce the cost by 25.28 under the mutual transaction. The contractors will face the risk of increasing the cost when it only purchases and does not sell. When the contractors' construction waste price is zero, the contractors will lose 0.05% of the cost reduction rate, but increased the trading possibilities by 9%.
