摘要
The relationship between the behavior of sintering additives and the formation of the microstructure of Si3N4 ceramics with 6 wt% Y2O3 and 3 wt% Al2O3 as sintering additives was studied. Sintering was interrupted at 1250, 1350, 1450, 1550, 1650 and 1750 °C and after 1750 °C for the samples to be characterized. Relative density and pore size distribution were measured to investigate the densification behavior, and the microstructure was observed by scanning electron microscopy. The crystalline phase formed and the distribution of sintering additives during sintering were analyzed by X-ray diffraction and electron probe microanalysis, respectively.
