摘要
225 plants of Vitis vinifera L. of the cv. 'Red Globe' were obtained in vitro and they were transferred to pots of 320 cm(3) containing different sustrates, which consisted of mixtures of peat and perlite in different proportions (0-100, 25-75, 50-50, 75-25, 100-0%) for their acclimatization in greenhouse during seven weeks, and received fertigation in three levels: only water, and nutrient solutions with 50 and 100% of the nutrients concentration of the Steiner's formulation. The plant growth was evaluated during seven weeks in the greenhouse. The percentage of adapted plants was affected by the characteristics of the substrate in which they were settled down, since in the lots of plants established in substrate with a higher content of organic matter, 53.3 to 66.7% of the plants survived, whereas of the plants grown in substrate consisting of mixtures with a smaller percentage of peat and a greater percentage of perlite and receiving fertigation with 50 and 100% of the nutrient concentration, 73.3% to 93.3% survived, and showed superior vegetative growth. The plants established in the substrate with 25% peat and 75% perlite and which were fertirigated with 50% of the nutrients concentration, as well as the plants established in the substrate with 100% peat and that did not receive fertigation, they had 16.8 and 6.5 cm of height, 2.4 and 0.9 mm of stem diameter, 196.84 and 10.54 cm(2) of leaf area, 1055.7 and 78.8 mg of biomass, as well as 2.9 and 1.6% of nitrogen in the foliar dry matter, respectively.
