摘要
The paper presents thermal calculation of one of the most promising methods to date for producing high-viscosity oil, namely, the down-hole electrode heater, taking into account the dependence of the working fluid electro-physical properties on temperature, enabling thermal treatment of bottom-hole zone of high-viscosity oil formation. The paper shows that taking into account the dependence of the working fluid electro-physical properties on temperature allows treating high-viscosity oil formations at depths of more than 1000 meters at higher temperatures, thereby increasing the efficiency of the entire process.
