摘要
With rapid emission of the greenhouse gas, the trend of global warming is increasingly obvious, under this background, low carbon economy becomes more and more popular not only to the city, but also to the village, in china, the number of village is large, the average population is relatively small, and the spatial distribution of village is disorder. This article focus on the new countryside construction model under the concept of "low-carbon economy", believe that population relocation and annexation of villages, energy construction and industrial structure adjustment, infrastructure improvement, scientific and rational village planning are very important for lowering countryside metabolism, reducing excessive resource flows and waste generation, creating a vibrant, culturally-rich place to live.
