摘要
During the evaluation of usability aspects of products, disruptive factors influence the results significantly. This contribution verifies approaches for reducing disruptive factors during product evaluation. A generic cordless screwdriver was developed which enables the possibility to evaluate different handle shapes without brand influence. 37 subjects evaluated the perceived suitability for usage. The subjects were trained in the professional usage and were provided with the relevant evaluation aspects. Results verified that the influence of disruptive factors on comfort evaluations can be reduced. Furthermore, the new disruptive factors modelling of the test object and time of evaluation were identified. (C) 2019 The Authors. Published by Elsevier B.V.
