摘要
In this paper, a design of wide-band stacked-patch antenna based on low-temperature cofired ceramics (LTCC) multilayer packaging technology is proposed. The stacked-patch structure can enhance the bandwidth and improve the radiation gain of original single-patch antennas. However, the return-loss bandwidth is still limited. By using the diagnosis and tuning technique based on the coupling matrix, we get an 8-dB return loss bandwidth of 13.6% in the LTCC multilayer structure with a thickness of less than 0.034 wavelengths in free space. The radiation performance is also satisfying.
