摘要:
The performance of organic light emitting diodes (OLEDs) based on BEH-PPV(1,4-bis(2-ethylhexyloxy)phenylenevinylene) doped with a perylenediimide (PDI) electron acceptor is reported. The turn on voltage and emission intensity are dependent on doping level, cathode material and polymer thickness. (C) 1999 Elsevier Science S.A. All rights reserved.
