摘要
We used magnetic resonance imaging to investigate the prevalence and length of the adhesio interthalamica (AI) in 72 schizophrenia patients, 47 schizotypal disorder patients, and 81 healthy controls. The AI was more often absent and shorter in both disorders than in controls, possibly reflecting common neurodevelopmental abnormalities in the schizophrenia spectrum. (C) 2008 Elsevier Ireland Ltd.
