Research on Addition of Aluminum Fluoride for Aluminum Reduction Cell Based on the Neural Network

摘要
Addition of aluminum fluoride can regulate molecular ratio and temperature of aluminum reduction cell, therefore, the cell could be kept working steady and effectiveness. To calculate the amount of the aluminum fluoride added to the aluminum reduction cell, this paper made a model of BP neural net work which has 7 inputs and I output. Genetic algorithm was used to optimize the initial weight and the threshold value. And the software was designed to decide the quantity of aluminum fluoride. The results computed based on 20 groups of data sampled in production indicated the absolute error less than 3kg and relative error less than 0.1, which can be satisfied in aluminum production.
