摘要
An improved semi-empirical model of radiation-enhanced diffusion (RED) in metals and homogeneous alloys is offered. Both the temperature dependences of the RED coefficients and the characteristics of point defects in alpha -Zr and light actinides are predicted and compared with the existing literature.
