Mix ratio design and orthogonal experiment research of self-compacting shrinkage-compensating concrete

摘要
For studying the mix ratio design of self-compacting shrinkage-compensating concrete (SCSCC), an orthogonal experimental method of five factors and four levels was adopted to carry out the proportioning experiment of SCSCC. Experimental data were obtained about slump and flow of fresh concrete, and the compressive strength and splitting strength on 7d and 28d of specimens were tested respectively. By analysing the experimental results, the influence of five different experimental factors including the ratio of water to cement, fly ash, expansive agent, superplasticizer and sand ratio on the mechanical performance and workability was studied, and the optimized mix ratio of SCSCC was determined.
