摘要
This paper presents the method to perform the sensitivity analysis of demand responsive transit demand to the parking pricing policies using micro simulation. Both the disutility of parking search cruising and parking fees are considered in the mode choice model. The preliminary results suggest that parking pricing policies may affect the DRT demand, reduce the overall congestion and vehicles kilometers travelled by car. In the St. Petersburg scenario up to 50% of DRT users, that have switched from the car, have previously parked the car in the city center, mostly for the prolonged time period (4 to 8 hours).
