摘要
The paper carries out an analysis on the legal system of recycling of waste textiles and introduces the composition and the implementation method of the recycling system of waste textiles in France. Based on the present situation of China's waste recycling method and using France as a reference, some suggestions are put forward to address existing issues of recycling and reusing waste textiles in China. This includes the development of appropriate laws and regulations, a clear unified regulations, the implementation of recycling system construction, etc.
