摘要
Results from estimating fixed effects models of neighborhood crime show that an important cause of higher crime in black neighborhoods is the poor job accessibility of black youth. A key result is that access explains 21% of the difference in property crime between black and white neighborhoods. (C) 2002 Elsevier Science BY All rights reserved.
