摘要
Ceramide (1), cerevisterol (3beta,5alpha,6beta-trihydroxyergosta-7,22-diene) (2) and 9-hydroxycerevisterol (3beta,5alpha,6beta,9alpha-tetrahydroxyergosta-7,22-diene) (3) were isolated from the CH2Cl2 extract and cerebroside (4) was isolated from the MeOH extract of the fruiting bodies of Auricularia poll and identified as the antinociceptive components using the acetic acid-induced writhing method.
