摘要：

In patients with a wide QRS and drug-resistant heart failure, we sought to characterize long-term responders versus nonresponders; to biventricular pacing therapy by using a multivariate analysis in a population of 102 patients followed over 1 year. Patients who do not improve are likely to have had a myocardial infarction, a low cardiac output, and no significant mitral regurgitation.
