摘要
A study was conducted to evaluate the effect of spinning speed, weight % of poly (vinylidene fluoride) (PVDF), annealing temperature on percentage of 0-phase formation in spin-coated PVDF films. 0-phase is a polymorph of PVDF film which exhibits strong piezoelectric properties. PVDF films were characterized using X-ray diffraction to determine the 0-phase content in the PVDF film for different spin coating process parameter. L9 orthogonal array was used to determine the process parameters for different experiments. ANOVA analysis was made based on the experimental results and a regression equation was obtained to determine the 0-phase content for a given process parameter setting. A fuzzy model was also built to determine the 0-phase content for different process parameters. It was concluded that fuzzy model is more accurate than regression model.Copyright (c) 2022 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
