摘要
A recent paper proposes a novel distributed information-weighted Kalman consensus filter called IKCF for linear systems in a continuous-time setting. In this note we highlight the reasons for which IKCF is in general not locally optimal and in some cases may not attain consensus. (C) 2019 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
