摘要
This study describes a green route for in-situ synthesis of gelatin-based hydrogels for biomedical applications. Scaffolds based on high protein content were obtained using 50% wt/vol and 70% (wt/vol) fish gelatin, as such or loaded with 1% wt/vol diamond nanoparticles. Transglutaminase was used as crosslinking agent and its network-forming efficiency was evaluated through gel fraction determination. The effects of both protein and nanoparticles were explored through swelling behavior and mechanical properties. Compressive modulus was found to be range of 50-70 kPa while the storage modulus at surface in range of 1-9 kPa.
